CHECKSIPDOMAIN(Domain)
Prüft, ob die angegebene Domain (kann auch eine IP-Adresse sein)
eine SIP-Domain ist, die Asterisk als lokal behandelt (siehe Datei
sip.conf). Gibt den Domain-Namen oder einen leeren
String zurück.
